Learn by doing with the Change Pros CCMP Certification Course. We take Change Management concepts and processes, and turn them into an easy-to-digest one page model (Change on a Page) that is fully aligned to the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Standard.
Students apply the ACMP Standard to a real-life project and complete key activities from the beginning of the change process (evaluating the change and organization), through the creation of a strategy and plan. We explore common scenarios students may encounter as they execute the change plan and complete/ sustain the effort. This 'Learn by doing' approach is proven an effective way to prepare for the CCMP exam and improve the way you manage change in your organization or projects.
